The way it is with 4.0 right now, a dual system won't buy you any more
speed out of LW.  Yes, *any* WinNT app right now has to be written to
take advantage of a multi-processor system.

There are still advantages, though.  Many of the "standard" windowsNT
apps are (or are in the process of being) recompiled for a multiprocessor
system.  I don't see why LW in the future couldn't take advantage of this.
